[:nl]Eind December 2015 heeft NVO transport BV het AEO-certificaat uitgereikt gekregen door de douane. Met dit certificaat bestempelt de douane NVO transport als een betrouwbare partij.

AEO-status

Middels het behalen van de AEO-certificering beoogt NVO een veilige werkomgeving te creëren voor werknemers en een maximale bijdrage te leveren aan een beveiligde logistieke keten. Als aanvulling op de andere certificaten, toont de AEO-status aan dat NVO aan strikte eisen voldoet en dat ze op een georganiseerde en systematische manier te werk gaat.

Het certificaat garandeert dat de douanewetgeving en fiscale wetgeving wordt nageleefd, dat NVO financieel gezond is en dat de beveiliging van de goederenstromen optimaal is.

Voordelen voor klanten

Het behalen van de AEO-status is voor NVO een enorme versterking naar haar klanten toe. De certificering heeft verschillende voordelen voor de klanten. Zo worden er vanaf nu minder fysieke controles en documentcontroles door de douane uitgevoerd.
